Grenada Yacht Charter

Grenada lies just northeast of Trinidad and Tobago, and southwest of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It’s not called the Spice Island for nothing,  It is famous for spices  being a major source of nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and cocoa. you really can smell the nutmeg in the air on Grenada.

The island of Grenada with the plethora of idyllic sandy strands is an almond-shaped, beach-rimmed gem of a place with 75 miles of coastline surrounding a lush interior, which is filled with tropical rainforest. We can call Grenada as the Fruit Island also for the luscious bounty growing profusely in the green hills. Grenada has a population of 105,600.

The climate is tropical, tempered by northeast trade winds. The land is volcanic in origin with mountains in the interior. The lowest point is at sea level, and the highest is 840 m  on Mount Saint Catherine. The abundance of water is primarily caused by the tropical, wet climate. Yearly precipitation, largely generated by the warm and moisture-laden northeasterly trade winds, varies from more than 3,500 millimeters on the windward mountainsides to less than 1,500 millimeters in the lowlands.
